December project : growing an avocado tree

So far I’m at the waiting stage … waiting for the avocado pit to sprout something from the pit. It’s maybe not the right timing for it, I don’t know, since winter barely started … but we’ll see where we get 🙂

The guacamole was yummy anyhow.

My guacamole dip was made this way:

1 avocado peeled and mashed with some cayenne pepper, 1 garlic clove, couple of cherry tomatoes, lime juice, pepper and salt, some yoghurt

Nice dip for raw veg 🙂
